Last time you will see that view of the boat until Mauritius! Ferkins really are flying. Looks fantastic. Have a great time and keep focussed on how it will feel when you arrive in Mauritius. Will be watching your progress.

In 1954 the Journal of the American Medical Association ran an 'academic' study which concluded running a 4-minute mile was physically impossible. A month later, an Australian, John Landy did the same with a time of 3 minutes 57.9 seconds. Now thousands have. Believe. J

Boys, we're all so sure that this will be a successful world record attempt that I'm thinking we might be able to get Kris 'Awooga' Akabusi and Cheryl Baker on board to do a one off 'Record Breakers' show at that finish line in Mauritius. I'll get on it! 'If you wanna be the best If you wanna beat the rest Oh-oh dedication's what you need; If you wanna be a record break-er, Oooooh.' Ed

Hey that's getting better!! The messages feel good from here ..... .... we have been stacking dried and wet packed food all day today ~ the packets of haribo's have been thrown in with the energy bars and the flat jacks .... right next to where they row, so they can dip in at any time. And yes Tim and Jem the ipod is almost in and the other thing i brought over Moses is at the ready ~ you know what I mean!! Teen Love to all back at home xxxxxxxxxxxx I spent yesterday in the cabin, padding out the sides for the rough days. you know me ~ it is very cosy in there!!! We have one day to go before
