What a great podcast. Move over Jamie Oliver, her comes Guy Watts with his cooking show. Hope you enjoy your meals and it looks that Andrew had to work hard to earn his bolognese. Too bad about your third bucket!!!! I can hear that you are in good spirit, keep it going!!! Row Row Row.

ok, I followed the instructions carefully
my food was cr*p - hope yours is better boys...
Good podcast - as an alternative, how about a bit of spear fishing on the blue fish following you... or have you become too emotionally attached to him? And can I ask where you've put the flares now that the flare bucket has been reallocated? Anyway well done to both of you, you're doing an amazing job!
PS Anyone would think it was difficult to pour hot water in to a sachet ;-)
good podcast! food sounds lovely?!
also ur blue fish,you keep calling it he/him....how do you know its not a girl fish?
silly x
I keep imagine all these people in the garden pouring water into food packets with planks of wood and buckets of salty water at the ready and a row of willing volunteers to throw the water!
Keeep rowing guys the 1000nm is yours and the rest is within your grasp.
Good luck!
update as of bank holiday monday am;
There has been a rather tedious 30 hours hanging out under anchor while the wind blows through. SC is currently N 103 and only 36 miles ahead at the moment.
Any moment now, we're about to up sticks and row as the front goes through and the wind backs very quickly from a Westerly dropping and going Southerly flattening the sea out enough to row.
All good on the boat, and although a little bored they are fine.
I sent them this;
Hey, you should know that Sir Rannulf Fiennes at the age of 65 has just climbed Everest. He said the best advice was to keep plodding. Hang in there girls!
[Actually he said that he kept walking as if there was no top to the mountain and he consequently made it, but there wasn't enough room for that...]
Keep the comments coming , the boys love it!
Jem
have just forward last bit of Sir Rannulf's advice - so true - and I hope that SC are suitably nervous about how close FF is - just hang on in behind them I wouldn't want you behind me!! Beers are on ice for the 1000 mark.....!
